• Same-day booking available
• Latest booking: 1 hour before start
• Quad: choose 1 or 2 hours.

Vehicles & age rules

• Quad vehicles are allocated automatically by group size — pairs of riders share a Double Quad, and a rider on their own takes a Simple Quad.
• Each Quad requires at least one eligible driver aged 16 or older in your group.

• 0–2 (infant): Free. Included in the booking headcount. Does not independently participate or drive.
• 3–15 (child): Pays the product's child price. May ride as a passenger on a Quad or Buggy, but cannot drive.
• 16+ (adult): Pays the product's adult price. May drive a Quad or Buggy. No driving licence required.

Pickup

• Free pickup within 5 km of Marrakech city center
• Pickup outside the included area may require an additional fee.
• If the vehicle can't reach your riad because of narrow streets or access restrictions, you'll meet the driver at a nearby accessible pickup point.

Cancellation & weather

• Free cancellation at least 24 hours before the activity
• Inside 24 hours, transport cost may be deducted from the refund.
• If weather conditions prevent an activity from running, your booking can be rescheduled free of charge to the next suitable day. If the new date doesn't suit you, a full refund is available.
• Dietary requests can be communicated to us in advance — vegetarian requests are possible, and allergies can be communicated.
